Ozello Island Hot Sauces are made with two generations of a Florida family tradition. Ozello  is a fishing community and these sauces are made for fish, pork, smoked mullet, smoked sausage and of course chicken. The Honey Mustard Pepper Sauce and the Cajun Honey Mustard are my favorite for fish and pork. These are the best hot sauces I've ever had, bar none. You have my word on that. Most women like the Dat'l Pepper Sauce. This is red in color and great on chicken.  It's more flavorable than Tobasco or any other red sauce that I've tasted. It also comes in 5oz bottles.

 The Marsh Dipping Sauce tastes great. It's kind of like a duck sauce. It's great on vanilla ice cream, cheese cake, bagels, waffles and toast. I dip fried fish in it sometimes. You can use it as a rub and/or marinade on chicken,fish, pork and roast, and then bake or grille it. It comes in a 15oz bottle.
